Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Willingness to obtain registrations in New Jersey and additional states as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, accurate, and timely patient support via calls, messages, and other channels.
• Onboard patients by gathering and documenting patient, prescription, medication, allergy, insurance information.
• Coordinate medication scheduling and shipment arrangements to support timely fulfillment.
• Respond to patient questions about status, refills, shipments, documentation, and resources.
• Educate patients on the fulfillment process and what to expect next.
• Document patient interactions and scheduling activities accurately.
• Identify missing information or issues delaying orders and resolve with appropriate teams.
