Job summary
IVI RMA North America is seeking an experienced Fertility Nurse Manager to lead our nursing teams across Bellevue and Seattle, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekends.
In this role you will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, drive clinical excellence, and partner with leadership to enhance the patient experience and regional growth.

Qualifications
- RN leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience leading nursing teams in fertility or women's health.
- Strong patient-centered care orientation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Clinic Directors to implement a strategic nursing plan focusing on patient care quality and outcomes.
- Identifies goals for the Nursing Department and individual nurses to drive professional growth.
- Develops and updates Nursing Workflows and Clinical Practice Guidelines in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
- Hosts monthly Nursing Meetings and communicates clinic operations and standards.
- Ensures nursing staff stay current on standards of practice and continuous education.
- Forecasts headcount needs based on growth and maintains leadership presence across locations.
