Pinnacle Fertility in Bellevue, WA is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients throughout their fertility journey. This full-time, onsite role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide education, assist with procedures, and maintain a high standard of care.

The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant program, WA state license, and BLS, with strong communication and organizational skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Take vital signs, draw blood, and administer injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and stock supplies.
• Document patient information in EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medications.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
