Spring Fertility in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Lab Technician to perform semen analysis and assist with IUI/IVF procedures in a patient-focused laboratory. This role requires prior lab experience, sterile technique, and strong teamwork within a fast-growing fertility practice.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in biological sciences and is comfortable engaging with patients and clinicians. This is a full-time, onsite position with early hours, weekend/holiday rotation, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required or equivalent in biological sciences.
• Experience with lab environments and sterile technique preferred.
• Comfortable engaging professionally with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct semen analysis, including morphology and antibody screening.
• Prepare semen for IUI and IVF procedures.
• Sterilize lab and equipment.
• Cryopreserve and thaw sperm and testicular tissue.
