Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in clinical embryology and andrology or related area.
• Experience supervising clinical embryology and andrology laboratories.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and guidelines for lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the quality system manager and lead regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organization charts, policies, and job descriptions.
• Maintain licensure, qualifications, training records for staff.
• Ensure SOPs and QMS are updated and followed.
• Coordinate equipment operation and vendor relations.
• Rotate weekends/holidays as required.
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and management.
