Qualifications

• Requires leadership overseeing multiple locations across a high-complexity IVF laboratory.
• Experience with CLIA, JCAHO, FDA, and accreditation processes.
• Strong knowledge of embryology, andrology, and lab quality systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of laboratory operations across locations.
• Mentor laboratory managers to promote accountability and excellence.
• Lead or participate in root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
