Pinnacle Fertility in New York is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support andrology and endocrinology labs, ensuring accurate sample handling and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site role in Brooklyn involves collaboration with physicians, nurses, and staff; responsibilities include cryogenic storage management, EMR record maintenance, and coordination of specimens with third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with laboratory safety and quality control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory operations, audits, compliance checks and reporting.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage cryogenic storage equipment and inventory of specimens.
• Coordinate transportation of cryopreserved specimens with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate EMR patient records and handle record requests.
• Serve as primary liaison between laboratory, physicians and nursing teams.
• Organize lab paperwork, supplies and data submissions; support admin duties.
• Take on additional projects as needed.
