Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Rochester, NY is seeking an Andrology Technician to join the lab team on a per diem basis. The role involves semen analysis, sperm preparation, cryopreservation, and processing specimens for fertility treatments.

The candidate will maintain accurate records, follow QA/QC procedures, and collaborate with embryologists, physicians, and nursing staff to support patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with precise documentation.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine andrology procedures, including semen analysis and separation.
• Assist with sperm banking and cryopreservation tasks.
• Prepare specimens for IUI/IVF and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC and comply with laboratory regulations.
• Enter data into EMR/LIS and track specimens.
• Ensure a clean, safe lab environment and proper specimen handling.
