Job summary

The Patient Services Lead at Everleap Fertility in Rochester, NY will coordinate and oversee Patient Services Coordinators across assigned offices. You will ensure adherence to Everleap protocols while maintaining compassionate patient care and efficient operations.

In this full-time role, expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with responsibilities including staffing coordination, training, performance coaching, and addressing patient concerns in collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical/healthcare industry preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Patient Services Coordinators.
• Monitor performance and report to supervisor/manager.
• Schedule staffing, PTO, UPTO, and leave coverage.
• Identify solutions with guidance from management.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure high-quality patient care.
• Address patient concerns with management.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
• Relay information to coordinators per management.
• Provide coaching and support to staff.
• Enforce Everleap policies and procedures.
• Perform Patient Services Specialist duties as needed.
