Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Fertility Care Registered Nurse to join our Spokane, WA team. This full-time, onsite role blends direct patient monitoring with IVF navigation and education, guiding patients through their fertility journey with care and compassion.

The RN will serve as a primary point of contact, coordinate care, and collaborate with embryology, genetics, and financial teams, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience, ideally in women\'s health, fertility, OB/GYN, or related clinical setting.
• IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and patient coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to fertility treatments.
• Perform ultrasound scans or train for scanning as needed.
• Provide triage support and clinical guidance within RN scope of practice.
• Serve as the dedicated navigator throughout each patient\'s treatment cycle.
• Educate patients on protocols, medication administration, procedures, and outcomes.
