Sage Reproductive Center in Milwaukee seeks a full-time Clinical Fertility Nurse-RN to support patients through fertility treatment from consult to pregnancy confirmation. The role combines cycle coordination, patient education, and hands-on nursing in a busy IVF/IUI setting.

Eligible candidates will have an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, 2+ years' nursing experience, BLS, and strong phlebotomy/IV skills. Training on-site, EMR use, and patient-first care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of practice.
• 2+ years of nursing experience; fertility/OB-GYN or surgical perioperative setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to start IVs.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and compassionate, patient-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide cycle coordination and patient care across fertility treatment journey.
• Educate patients on evaluations, medications, protocols, and procedures.
• Oversee cycling process, consent and injection training; address questions.
• Coordinate egg freezing, IUI, IVF, and frozen embryo transfer plans.
• Perform nursing visits, phlebotomy, injections, and monitor pregnancies.
• Assist in procedure room and surgical care, including egg retrievals and transfers.
• Document care in EMR and support team with on-call duties.
