Sage Reproductive Center, part of Ivy Fertility, seeks a full-time Clinical Fertility Nurse-RN in Milwaukee, WI. The role covers cycle coordination, patient education, and hands-on nursing through egg retrievals and transfers, aligned with state nursing scope of practice.

We require an active RN license, 2+ years in nursing (fertility/OB-GYN or perioperative preferred), and BLS; ACLS preferred. Willingness to cover weekend/holiday shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 2+ years of nursing experience; fertility/OB-GYN or surgical perioperative setting preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy and IV start skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and general office software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; patient-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient cycles and treatments (IVF, IUI, egg retrievals).
• Educate patients on medications, protocols, and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, and monitor progress.
• Assist in surgical procedures and recovery as directed.
• Document care in EMR; ensure accurate, complete records.
