Job summary

IFF in Beloit, WI is seeking a manufacturing team member to operate fermentation and downstream recovery processes, work with field equipment and DCS, and execute batch operations. You will prepare, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment, collect samples, and maintain production documentation while coordinating daily activities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Operate fermentation and downstream recovery processes with field equipment and DCS.
Prepare, clean, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment per SOPs and batch requirements.
Execute batch operations, collect process samples, and maintain production records.
Coordinate daily production activities addressing scheduling priorities and equipment issues.
Support equipment reliability through maintenance coordination and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance and processes.
