The ideal candidate will have a PhD with over 5 years of experience, specializing in industrial fermentation sciences. You'll work on innovative projects to produce bio-alternatives while ensuring robust, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years in Industrial Fermentation Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Expertise in bench and pilot-scale fermentation process development.
• Experience in scale-up of fermentation processes from lab-scale to production-scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize fermentation processes for microbial or cell culture systems.
• Lead fermentation scale-up from laboratory to commercial manufacturing.
• Analyze process data using advanced analytics and develop predictive models.

Skills

Expertise in bench and pilot-scale fermentation process development

Expertise in microbial physiology

Experience with statistical tools for media design
