The role involves litigating before FERC, handling rate cases and evidentiary hearings, and developing testimony and briefs, with preferred experience in the oil and natural gas sectors and complex discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience litigating before FERC is required.
• Counseling experience for oil and natural gas clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with crude oil, natural gas pipelines, and tariff matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Litigate before FERC as part of energy regulatory practice.
• Advise oil and gas clients on FERC jurisdiction, tariffs, rate issues, and compliance.
• Develop testimony, affidavits, and briefing for regulatory matters.
• Assist with client alerts, presentations, and business development materials.
