Stinson LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an Attorney with experience in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) matters to join the Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in regulatory counseling or litigation on FERC-related matters, including familiarity with FERC regulation under the Federal Power Act and Natural Gas Act, and knowledge of FERC’s regulations, procedures, and organization.
