Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Therapist/Individual Resiliency Trainer (IRT) to provide psychotherapy and resiliency-focused skills training for individuals experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP).

Services occur in community and office settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person well-being. The role emphasizes strengths-based, recovery-oriented care, crisis intervention, and seamless referrals with a focus on rural community access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Working knowledge of DSM-5.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy and resiliency-focused skills training for individuals experiencing FEP.
• Partner with individuals to develop wellness plans, strengthen coping and illness-management skills, and support functional recovery.
• Participate as an active member of a trans-disciplinary, person-centered team.
• Provide triage, assessment, crisis intervention, and on-call support as needed.
• Coordinate with community and social-service partners to promote holistic care and referrals.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per agency/state requirements.
• Deliver culturally responsive services honoring individual and family strengths and needs.
• Stay current on FEP best practices and engage in professional development.
• Provide licensure supervision when applicable.
• Deliver services safely across office, community, client, and field settings.
