Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a CLM-focused Product Consultant / Business Analyst to join our CLM Practice. You will gather and document business requirements, understand the client’s business processes, and drive design resolutions with client stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship-building with project teams and subject-matter experts. You will work on CLM/AML/KYC-related opportunities, contributing to trainings, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

• PMO leadership with client-facing experience.
• Experience in Client Lifecycle Management (KYC/AML) and financial crime controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and requirements gathering across the SDLC for CLM/AML/KYC projects.
• Coordinate with client and project teams to resolve design issues and ensure timely delivery.

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management CLM), AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks. Luxoft is looking for CLM and Fenergo experienced Product Consultants / Business Analysts consultants to join our growing CLM Practice and work on upcoming client project opportunities.The Product Consultant / Business Analyst will work with the client to gather and document business requirements, understand the client's business model and processes, and drive to resolve design issues with the client. The Product Consultant is required to support development efforts throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle [SDLC], and participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. This is a client-facing role, requiring the successful candidate to build strong relationships with the client and project teams and act as a point of contact with the client's key stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Must have

• - Program Management Office Leadership (PMO) experience in a Lead Role* Strong background in Capital Markets Technology leadership positions* Experience in the fields of Client Lifecycle Management (KYC, AML, Anti-Terrorist Financing, Financial Crime Compliance, global derivative reform and investor protection regulations)* University educated in a relatable subject (i.e. Enterprise Computing, Computing Science, Computing, Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Law) or demonstrable knowledge in these areas* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to achieve deadlines* Attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data and information* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills* A self-starter with plenty of drive, willingness to learn and a strong team spirit
