Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role—you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week with leads provided.

You’ll build quotes on-site using our pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials and install processes, and hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes. Uncapped commissions reward top performers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to measure property dimensions accurately.
• Comfortable using a laptop/tablet to generate quotes.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
