Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes using pricing tools. This outside sales role requires reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, with mileage reimbursed.

You’ll educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process, then follow up with prospects and hand off signed projects to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or ability to work at customers' homes
• Strong communication, written and verbal
• Self-motivated, organized, reliable and on-time
• Comfortable with CRM and basic spreadsheets
• Vehicle needed with mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
