Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes on-site. This is an outside sales role—you’ll visit customers’ homes 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

You’ll use pricing tools on a laptop or tablet, educate homeowners on materials and install steps, and hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes. Uncapped commissions and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and mileage reimbursement.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Familiarity with a CRM and basic spreadsheets.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
