Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to meet homeowners, measure properties, and write compelling quotes. This outside sales role involves 4–6 home visits weekly as leads are provided; no cold-calling.

You’ll be at customers’ homes, building trust and closing projects, with uncapped commission and paid training to ramp up. Reliable vehicle and smartphone are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.

• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the sales system.
