Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role visits customers' homes 4–6 days a week. Leading reps earn six figures, with coaching and a paid training program.

Applicants need a reliable vehicle and smartphone; mileage is reimbursed. You must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, plus strong communication skills and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside/home improvement sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Self-m motivated, organized, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day at homeowner sites.
• Measure properties and identify scope for quotes.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide and hand off signed projects to PMs.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Measure properties accurately and identify scope

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time
