Perimeter Solutions Group LLC is seeking a Fence Installer/Crew Member to join the Phoenix team. You will assist the Foreman in installing commercial and residential fencing, including chain link and ornamental iron, along with gates and perimeter security products.

The role emphasizes hands-on outdoor work and quality craftsmanship. The position offers growth in the fencing industry, weekly pay, and benefits via the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
• Experience installing chain link, ornamental iron, or gates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman with installing commercial and residential fencing projects.
• Install chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl, and other fencing systems.
• Assist with gate installation and related hardware.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Dig post holes, set posts, pour concrete, and prepare job sites.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and installation instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you'll work alongside the Foreman and crew to install a variety of commercial and residential fencing systems, including chain link, ornamental iron, gates, and related perimeter security products.

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction sites.
• Exposure to heat, dust, noise, uneven terrain, and construction equipment.
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
