• Background check required.
• At least 1 year fence installation experience preferred; open to related outdoor labor.
• Experience driving 2–3 ton trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather; climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Entry-Level Fence Installer works as part of a 2–3 person crew to install commercial permanent and temporary fencing, including wood, chain link, PVC, aluminum, and other materials. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and capable of performing physical work in outdoor environments. Training is provided, and motivated employees can advance into higher-level installer and journeyman roles.

• Install commercial fencing systems according to project specifications and company standards
• Prepare installation sites, including digging post holes, setting posts, and ensuring proper alignment

Qualifications
