Perimeter Solutions Group in Phoenix is seeking a motivated Fence Installer / Crew Member to join our growing team. You will work with the Foreman to install commercial and residential fencing, including chain link, ornamental iron, gates, and related perimeter security products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with installing commercial and residential fencing.
• Install chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl fencing and gates.
• Load/unload materials and equipment; maintain a clean work area.
• Dig post holes, set posts, pour concrete and prep job sites.
• Follow project plans, safety rules, and quality standards.

Job Summary
Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking a motivated Fence Installer / Crew Member to join our growing Phoenix team. In this role, you'll work alongside the Foreman and crew to install a variety of commercial and residential fencing systems, including chain link, ornamental iron, gates, and related perimeter security products.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in the fencing industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman with installing commercial and residential fencing projects.
• Install chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl, and other fencing systems.
• Assist with gate installation and related hardware.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Dig post holes, set posts, pour concrete, and prepare job sites.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and installation instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• Previous fencing, construction, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Experience installing chain link, ornamental iron, or gates is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
• Work outdoors in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment.

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction sites.
• Exposure to heat, dust, noise, uneven terrain, and construction equipment.
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
