Job summary

Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking an Entry-Level Fence Installer who will work in a 2–3 person crew to install commercial fencing, including wood, chain link, PVC, and aluminum. The role is outdoor, physically demanding, and provides training with opportunities to advance to higher-level installer roles.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and basic experience with fence installation or related outdoor labor.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with clean MVR and ability to pass a background check.
• Previous fence installation experience preferred, but candidates with related outdoor labor experience will be considered.
• Experience driving 2–3 ton trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to lift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Prepare installation sites, including digging post holes and setting posts.
• Ensure all fences are level, plumb, and securely installed with quality workmanship.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Driver’s License & Clean MVR — No suspensions within the last 3 years


• Background — Must pass a background check


• Experience — At least 1 year of fence installation experience preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant construction or outdoor labor experience will be considered


• Technical Skills — Experience driving 2–3 ton trucks and towing trailers is a plus


• Communication — Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Physical Requirements — Ability to lift equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Physical Demands

Employees must be able to talk and hear regularly, use hands and fingers to operate tools, and stand, walk, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds is required. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Salary Description
