Job summary

National Construction Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Fence Helper to assist the Fence Foreman with installation and maintenance of fences per NCR standards. You will help ensure a safe work environment and deliver quality service to customers while representing NCR professionally.

Responsibilities include site inspections, loading equipment, installing poles and fences, and maintaining clean, organized job sites. A strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions are required.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card for certain driving duties.
• Forklift certification provided after hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment for safe operation.
• Load truck with equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with the Foreman and review project details with customers.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire per NCR specs.
• Clean job sites, remove debris, and properly store equipment after work.
• Restock materials and maintain trucks between jobs.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold safety protocols.
