Job summary

National Construction Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Fence Helper to assist the Fence Foreman in installing and maintaining fences at various Milwaukee job sites.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while supporting daily operations. You will perform hands-on fence installation tasks, inspect equipment, load trucks with necessary materials, and help ensure NCR standards are met on every project.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules, operational manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and equipment daily for safe operation.
• Load equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details with customers.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire per NCR specifications.
• Clean and store equipment and restock materials on the truck after completion.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
