Job summary

National Construction Rentals is seeking a Fence Helper to support the Fence Foreman in installing and maintaining fences according to NCR specifications. The role involves loading equipment, attending job sites with the Foreman, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on site.

The candidate will assist with installing fence poles, erecting fences, and tensioning wire while keeping the work area organized and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Capable of basic mathematical calculations including fractions and decimals.
• Experience with outdoor physical labor and following detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fence Foreman to install and maintain fences per NCR standards.
• Load and secure equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details with customers.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire as specified.
• Keep job sites clean and ensure trucks and equipment are stored properly.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
