Job summary

H&S Fence LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Fence Construction Crew Member to build agricultural fencing systems, set posts, stretch wire, and install gates. This is hands-on outdoor work as part of a crew, focusing on quality and safety.

The position offers $26–$32 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, paid holidays, 80 hours PTO, an annual bonus, retirement plan, company uniforms, and assistance with obtaining a Class A CDL. Strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Install agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, and continuous fence.
Set posts, stretch wire, and install braces and gates.
Operate equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and power tools.
Load and unload materials and keep job sites organized.
Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and safely.
