MGM Resorts International’s Bellagio Spa seeks a friendly Spa Host to welcome guests and create a memorable wellness experience. You’ll understand guest needs, guide their spa journey, and ensure excellent service from arrival to departure.

Starting rate is $16.00 per hour plus commission. The role involves assisting with bookings, maintaining spa areas, and promoting services and products to guests. Must be at least 18 and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in spa/salon setting is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

THE JOB:

As a Spa Host at Bellagio, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see as they begin their wellness experience. With your warm welcome and attention to detail, you'll help create a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. By understanding each guest's needs, you'll take ownership of their experience and create moments they'll remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00, plus commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Guest service experience is preferred
• Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
