MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Aesthetician to create renewal experiences that linger with guests. You will work within the Spa & Salon, providing body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup with an emphasis on quality and safety.

THE JOB:

As an Aesthetician, you curate moments of renewal that transcend the ordinary. THE STARTING RATE: Commission-based, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup application per treatment and department protocols
• Evaluate guest needs and skin type to tailor treatments and services
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years previous experience as an aesthetician in a spa or salon environment and guest service experience
• Skilled in body waxing techniques is preferred
• Must currently hold a Nevada issued Aesthetician license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
