Job summary

Bellagio, Las Vegas, is seeking a Spa Host to warmly welcome guests and manage their spa experiences from check-in to checkout. You will ensure a relaxing atmosphere, guide guests, and coordinate services with spa staff in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role focuses on exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and active selling of spa offerings, with a starting rate of $16.00 per hour plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa or salon setting is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and safety/sanitation procedures.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keep them tidy and sanitary, and assist guests with spa amenities.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software, direct to appointments, manage cash bank daily, and know spa services and booking software.
• Promote and sell spa treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

THE JOB:

As a Spa Host at Bellagio, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see as they begin their wellness experience. With your warm welcome and attention to detail, you’ll help create a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. By understanding each guest's needs, you’ll take ownership of their experience and create moments they’ll remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE:

$16.00, plus commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Guest service experience is preferred
• Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
