Job summary

Park MGM in Las Vegas is seeking a Spa Host to warmly welcome guests and help craft a relaxing wellness experience from the moment they arrive. You will be the first friendly face, guiding guests with attentive service and a focus on creating moments guests remember long after their visit.

The starting rate is $16.00 per hour, plus tips and commission. You will assist guests with spa bookings, maintain facilities, and support the sale of treatments and products while adhering to safety and

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa or salon setting is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, assist guests with sauna, steam, and other spa amenities.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software, direct them to appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of services and booking software.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

THE JOB

As a Spa Host at Park MGM, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see as they begin their wellness experience. With your warm welcome and attention to detail, you’ll help create a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. By understanding each guest’s needs, you’ll take ownership of their experience and create moments they’ll remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE

$16.00, plus tips and commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, andassist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily,and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Guest service experience is preferred
• Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
