Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver dynamic in-home and on-site training across client locations. You’ll design programs via the GYMGUYZ app, perform reassessments, and manage your own schedule with a focus on client results and engagement.

You’ll bring national PT certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for mobility and autonomy, supported by a nationwide network and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
