Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver dynamic in-home and on-site training. Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. Schedule is flexible, spanning part-time to full-time roles, with onboarding and ongoing development support.

You’ll train clients directly at homes, offices, and organizations using the GYMGUYZ App, with the chance to advance into leadership roles and gain recertification discounts.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen during hiring
