Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training with flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time. You’ll design personalized programs via the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, and manage your own schedule while growing with the company.

You will work with clients across households, offices, and organizations, receiving onboarding and ongoing development, with a clear path toward leadership roles and advancement.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
