GYMGUYZ delivers fitness sessions directly to homes, offices, and organizations. The Female Exercise Specialist role offers in-home and on-site training with a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time, and growth into leadership positions.

Earn $40–$50 per hour with performance bonuses, and participate in onboarding and ongoing development across a nationwide trainer network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification.
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/Web apps to manage sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
