ICF is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and grow the FEMA Region 4 portfolio, reporting to the Senior Director. The role focuses on governance, staffing, and delivery standards across a multi-client base in the Southeast region.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years EM/FEMA experience, 3+ years leading teams, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Remote within the Southeast; travel increases during disaster periods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years EM/FEMA experience with leadership or client-facing roles.
• 3+ years managing multi-client portfolios and project managers.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the region.

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio P&L and delivery oversight for Region 4 clients and manage PMs.
• Oversee on-call and task-order engagements and ensure FEMA compliance standards.
