Job summary

ICF’s Disaster Management Division seeks FEMA Public Assistance reservists in Florida for on-call assignments across disaster recovery operations. Travel to field locations and client sites for multi-week deployments is expected, with preference for Florida-specific experience.

On-Call employees are scheduled as available; you may work concurrent projects provided no conflicts of interest. This role offers flexible on-call work within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with FEMA Public Assistance or similar disaster recovery programs.
• 2+ years experience partnering with government entities at federal/state/tribal/local levels.
• Willingness to travel with short notice; deployment nationwide; extended and irregular hours.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA Public Assistance program delivery and disaster recovery operations.
• Develop, review, and analyze FEMA Project Worksheets and supporting documentation.
• Provide guidance on FEMA policies, regulations, and program requirements with stakeholders.
• Resolve project and program issues while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records.
• Support recovery initiatives that help communities restore critical infrastructure and public services.
