Job summary

ICF’s Disaster Management Division is hiring FEMA Public Assistance – Reservist ON CALL positions in Florida. Expect travel to disaster field locations, clients sites and operation locations for multi-week assignments.

On-Call employees are scheduled for work as it becomes available, with the freedom to accept or decline assignments. ICF partners with government agencies nationwide to help communities recover, rebuild, and strengthen critical infrastructure through disaster management programs.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA Public Assistance program delivery and disaster recovery operations.
• Develop, review, and analyze FEMA Project Worksheets and supporting documentation.
• Provide guidance on FEMA policies, regulations, and program requirements; coordinate with federal, state, tribal, territorial, and local stakeholders.
• Resolve project and program issues while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records.
