ICF is hiring FEMA Public Assistance – Reservist ON CALL positions in Florida. On-Call employees are scheduled as assignments become available, with the option to accept or decline.

Travel to disaster field locations and client sites will be required for multi-week assignments. Preference given to those with Florida Emergency Management (FDEM) disaster recovery experience and to candidates located in the upper portion of Florida.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with FEMA Public Assistance or comparable disaster recovery programs.
• 2+ years experience assisting federal, state, tribal, territorial, local partners in disaster recovery or emergency management.
• Willing and able to travel, including flights and ground transport, with short notice; deployment nationally.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Support FEMA Public Assistance program delivery and disaster recovery operations.
• Develop, review, and analyze FEMA Project Worksheets and supporting documentation.
• Provide guidance on FEMA policies, regulations, and program requirements with stakeholders.
• Resolve project and program issues while maintaining quality and customer service.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support recovery initiatives to restore infrastructure and public services.
