Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of recent experience managing a contract of scope and complexity.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing tasks.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate support needs and develop detailed project work plans.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain FEMA suitability clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management, leadership, and oversight of a team of SMEs, analysts, and support staff to support NIMS/NQS implementation and related document development.
  • Serve as primary interface for Dynamis with FEMA, ensuring superior service and delivery excellence.
  • Oversee client delivery services, including understanding requirements, maintaining relations, and managing delivery performance.
  • Oversee financial metrics, cost controls, monthly reporting, and subcontractor management.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and support capture and proposal development.
