Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience; with at least 1 year of government consulting experience.
• Familiarity with logic model and performance evaluation methodologies.
• Client engagement skills and ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Experience with developing briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; technical writing and editing a plus.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop program performance review information for grant programs.
• Define project workflows and manage resources to deliver quality, timely results.
• Engage with clients to identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage expectations.
• Direct and coordinate work of team members and subcontractors.
• Research and gather information for project documentation and deliverables.
• Develop communication materials, user manuals, and guides.
