Job summary

University of Arizona in Tucson seeks a Health and Medical Education Program Professional I to support the Hematology and Oncology Fellowship program and provide administrative support to program directors, fellows, and faculty. Remote work is allowed one day per week in consultation with the supervisor.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, recruitment support, and maintaining calendars and travel arrangements for the division's faculty and fellows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience.
• One year of relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, organize and/or prepare departmental administrative reports, track program expenses, distribute/collect fellow evaluations, and maintain personnel files.
• Prepare all fellowship-related documentation including accreditation materials, development of rotation goals, and management of rewriting program materials in compliance with ACGME regulations.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for Program Director as directed.
• Coordinate annual fellowship program budget with guidance.
• Manage resources (staff, money, space, supplies) and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with other fellowship administrative staff to maintain operations and support faculty.
