Job summary

College Visions in Providence, Rhode Island, seeks an energetic Fellowship Program Manager to lead the expansion of a college access and leadership initiative for young men. The role focuses on recruitment, program delivery, individualized college access advising, and strong school partnerships to scale impact.

Based at CV's Providence office with travel to partner high schools, the manager reports to the Executive Director and helps grow a high-impact fellowship with 150 new participants over

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, counseling or related field preferred.
• Experience with urban high school students.
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fellowship implementation with partner high schools.
• Recruit, select, enroll participants.
• Facilitate bi-weekly workshops on college and career exploration.
• Build relationships with schools and families.
