POSITION SUMMARY

College Visions (CV) seeks an energetic, mission-driven Fellowship Program Manager to lead and expand our Fellowship Program, an innovative college access and leadership development initiative for young men in Rhode Island’s urban communities.

Launched in 2023, the Fellowship was created to address persistent disparities in college enrollment and completion among young men. The program uses a culturally responsive, asset-based approach that helps students recognize their strengths, develop a strong academic identity, build leadership skills, and prepare for college success. To date, 30 young men have participated in the program, which has achieved 100% participant retention and a 95% college enrollment rate among program graduates.

This is an exciting opportunity to help scale a successful program and expand college opportunities for young men in Rhode Island. Through partnerships with local high schools, CV will serve 150 new Fellowship participants over three years.

The Fellowship Manager will play a central role in this expansion, overseeing student recruitment, facilitating programming, providing individualized college access advising, coordinating college visits and other activities, and developing strong relationships with participating schools. The Fellowship Manager will report to CV’s Executive Director. The position will be based at CV's Providence office, with a significant portion of the workweek spent at partner high schools.
