Job summary

UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOM (Department of Neurology) seeks a Senior Education Program Coordinator to provide operational leadership and strategic oversight for accredited fellowship programs. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, continuity, and ongoing innovation while ensuring an exceptional experience for fellows, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities include serving as the operational backbone of the programs, coordinating activities, and supporting program success across education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Health, or related field.
• 1 year of administrative or program coordination experience.
• Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
• Department Preferences: Fellowship or other education program coordination.
