Britebound is seeking a Communications Fellow to support the Thought Leadership team and national communications efforts. This is a six-month, part-time fellowship up to 20 hours per week, based in Boston, with an hourly rate of $23.50.

You will help coordinate calendars, logs, notes, and media monitoring while ensuring timely readouts to stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience in PR or journalism and are proficient in Google Workspace and project tools like Asana.

Qualifications

• Experience in PR, communications, journalism, or political science, including hands-on internships.
• Strong administrative execution and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with fast-moving editorial calendars and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own calendar coordination and scheduling for the Thought Leadership team
• Produce meeting notes and same-day readouts to keep stakeholders aligned in real time
• Manage intake logging and routing for incoming requests
• Monitor media coverage relevant to our work
• Maintain and update our editorial calendar in Asana
• Provide the execution and follow-through that lets our team focus on strategy
